Summer Activities for Kids at Lake Carolina
July 25, 2007 The Divine Playhouse Tree House Theater Summer Camp When: June and July - week long programs for pre-schoolers through 10 years-old. Emphasis: movement, acting, music….with end of week performances for the school age children. Cost: Call for rates
Middle and high school students can attend the Playhouse’s three-week workshop that culminates in a performance at a local church.
In addition to the camps, The Divine Playhouse also offers its dance technique classes this summer for ages 9 through adult.

Fort Jackson’s MOBILE RECREATION 2007 @ Lake Carolina on the Village Green
Each summer Fort Jackson Child & Youth Services takes to the street with recreational activities for children who are not involved in our regular camp activities.
Themes: Survivor- Long Hot Summer, Raindrops & Rainbows, What's In a Seed?, Under the Sea, Patriotic Musical Mayhem, Amazing Race, Going Buggy, Tea Party, My Pet, Back to School When: Tuesdays 9:00 – 11:00 am Through August 7th Where: Village Green Ages: Preschool & Up (Parents are required to stay with children under 6) Cost: None - Parents will be asked to fill out registration form Activities: Arts & Crafts, Science/Math, Literacy, Music, Sports/Fitness
Staffing: 2 adult staff (w/background checks from the Fort Jackson Child & Youth Services Program) and 2-4 Jr. Leaders (youth volunteers who are considering a career in the youth recreation field).
