Lake Carolina’s Harborside Lights celebration brings holiday tradition and family fun together. Enjoy musical entertainment, horse-drawn carriage rides, photos with Santa, holiday treats, millions of twinkling lights, over sixteen hundred luminaries and many decorated trees!

Harborside Lights is a FREE event and open to everyone. Bring your friends, your family, even your dog and come experience a holiday tradition like no other at Lake Carolina. 

Bring your little ones for a photo with Santa there! 

We have numerous options for food/drinks!  There will also be Balloonopolis, Sarah Dippity Face-painting, John Tudor Magic and a s'more roasting station for kids.

We will have Freeway Music performing on the stage in Town Center, as well as the Carillian Carolers roaming around Town Center, so please come enjoy their pretty voices, musical talents, and more!

UPDATE on HARBORSIDE LIGHTS:

Dear Residents and friends of Lake Carolina:

Date TBD, Lake Carolina will hold our  annual Harborside Lights and Harborside Lights 5K! We have so much in store for this fun event and can't wait for you to all experience this annual Christmas Festival. Here are a few tips to keep in mind for Saturday:

USE ALTERNATE ENTRANCES
Between 5:15-5:45pm, use alternate entrances if possible. The main entrance will have folks coming for the event as well as homeowners who live in the front of the neighborhood. If you are able to enter through Centennial, Ashland or Kelly Mill Rd- please do so.

REAR PARKING
If you live in the Town Center, Harborside, Woodcrest neighborhoods, please park in the rear parking spaces of your home on Saturday afternoon and evening.  Thank you!

NOT A RESIDENT BUT COMING TO THE EVENT
If you don't live in Lake Carolina and are coming to the event, please continue on Hardscrabble Road past the main entrance and take a right onto Kelly Mill Road, and then a right into the YMCA entrance. You can then take one of the 2 shuttle buses we are offering for transportation to the event.

BE MINDFUL OF THE RUNNERS
If you live in Harborside, The Oaks, or Woodcrest neighborhoods, please be mindful and aware that the 5K Run will be taking place in your neighborhoods. This is a great event for our community. Please use caution if you are on the road during the event. The runners would also love if you cheered them on from your house! 

SANTA AND CARRIAGE RIDES

Santa will be inside the Town Center Apartments Lobby.  You will stand in line outside the lobby and work your way up the steps.  If you need wheelchair or stroller access, you can also enter the lobby from the rear (pool side).  The Carriage rides will also leave from this same corner.   You can enjoy a cup of hot chocolate while you wait in line.  

Please remember to bring cash to pay for food, drinks & carriage and hay rides! We're looking forward to a great night!
