You may select a builder showcase home which are typically finished and ready for carpets and colors or choose a homesite and with an approved builder construct your dream home. Within each neighborhood, there are a variety of architectural stylings and prices. Whether you choose to live on the lake or amidst the beauty of a wooded cul-de-sac, each homesite is graced with individual charm. Distinctive single and multi-family neighborhoods allow prestigious living to fit any budget.

Neighborhood Builders

Lake Carolina is pleased to have several builders who have grown to become regional and national in scope. These builders still maintain and adhere to the high standards required of Lake Carolina's strict architectural controls. Our Neighborhood Builders typically purchase an entire neighborhood from Lake Carolina and are exclusively the builders in these neighborhoods. Some builders team together and form joint ventures to build in one neighhborhood. They build model homes and Lake Carolina Properties, LLC staffs the models with experienced and friendly model sales professionals dedicated to selling that product in that particular neighborhood. To ensure that all homes meet Lake Carolina's exacting standards, only approved architectural designs built by approved homebuilders are permitted. All architectural designs and builder selections must be reviewed and approved by Lake Carolina's Architectural Review Board prior to the start of construction.
