SCS manages Lake Carolina's homeowner associations to include the Lake Carolina Master Association, Neighborhood Association, Amenity Association, and Lake Association. In addition to serving the needs of thousands of homeowners and thousands of acres of grounds, SCS oversees the amenities of our master-planned community which include our elementary and middle schools, community Town Center, swim clubs, recreational lake, YMCA, and much more.
