LAKE CAROLINA WELCOMES SOVEREIGN HOMES
Sovereign Homes, a Mungo Company will immediately begin six, new luxury residences.


Columbia, SC (April 30, 2012) – Lake Carolina, Columbia’s leading residential master-planned community located northeast of Columbia, announced today Sovereign Homes, a Mungo Company, purchased several homesites within Lake Carolina’s gated Peninsula neighborhood and will immediately begin construction on six new luxury homes. Sovereign Homes specializes in building luxury homes in the finest neighborhoods of Columbia and this marks the builder’s first presence in Lake Carolina.
