There's something special about Lake Carolinians. You can spot one of us pretty easily. Tall or small, young or younger, working or relaxing, it's the smiles. Happy, genuine, contagious smiles with upbeat good feelings about great things to come. 

People choose Lake Carolina for old fashioned community events like gazebo concerts, dog washes, dive-in movies and Farmers Markets. For the lake and all the living that it puts in easy reach. For sidewalk cafes and doctor offices and for the good health offered by our own YMCA, pools and parks. And for all of the great clubs and the great people.

Not to toot our own horn, but we have been voted Community of the Year for nine years. That's something we smile about.
